How to Give Access

Option A (Recommended): Shopify Collaborator Access (safe)

  • You send collaborator code / approve request
  • We never see your password

Option B (Optional): Login credentials

  • Only if collaborator access isn’t possible
  • Use temporary password + change after delivery

To deliver fast and accurately, each order is completed based on the requirements submitted during onboarding. Once your project is activated, we follow that approved scope to ensure clean execution, smooth timelines, and high-quality results.

If you think of additional improvements during the process, no problem—we can usually include small adjustments when they fit naturally within the work. For larger add-ons or new features, we’ll simply confirm the details and provide a quick upgrade option so everything stays clear and organized.

Our goal: keep your project simple, professional, and on schedule—while still giving you flexibility to improve your store.

Revision + Approval step

You review the delivered work and request any fixes related to the original scope within 1-2 working days.

Post-Delivery Support:

We cover issues caused by our work for 7 days / 3 months (depending on package). Theme updates, new requests, or app conflicts may require a new order.

Security reassurance
