Refund Policy (Wambala Business)
At Wambala Business, we aim to deliver a premium, transparent service experience. The refund terms below explain when refunds may apply. Please review before purchasing any service.
Eligibility for a Refund
1) Service Not Started
If we do not begin your project within three (3) business days of confirmation due to delays on our side, you may request a full refund.
2) Delivery Delay
A full refund may be considered if we miss the agreed delivery timeline due to our fault. Delays caused by the client—such as late feedback, missing assets, or incomplete requirements—are not covered.
3) Unsatisfactory Outcome
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 15 days of delivery. Refunds may be partial, depending on the work completed, time invested, and the scope already delivered.
Non-Refundable Cases
1) Missing Requirements
Payments are not refundable if the client does not provide required content, access, or project details within 7 days of confirmation.
2) Work In Progress
Refunds are not issued for projects already in active execution (development, implementation, or milestone delivery).
3) Approved Milestones
Once a client approves a phase (e.g., designs, mockups, sections, or delivered components), refunds do not apply to subsequent phases.
4) Ongoing Services
Ongoing services such as SEO, PPC, SMO, email marketing, consulting, or maintenance are not refundable once started.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, depending on the payment method and provider.
Third-Party Services
Wambala Business is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, apps, hosting, payment gateways, or tools outside our direct control.

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
